Antonia Mossa,

Co-Owner

 

Antonia is a native Torontonian, former photographer and an admirer of the arts.

She has been in the hair industry for over 22 years and has loved every minute of it.

Antonia loves fashion and everything vintage.

She draws stylistic influences from old Hollywood cinema.

Her flare for pin-up style, glamorous up-dos and throwback styling has been called upon for Toronto Fashion Week, and regularly for editorial fashion shoots.

She’s also well- known for her classic and contemporary (but always elegant) wedding up-dos.

Anotnia is a graduate of Barbarino’s Hairstyling School and completed a two-year apprenticeship at TONI&GUY in Toronto. Her time at TONI&GUY gave her the opportunity to grow and learn how to personalize her skills for Toronto’s multicultural clientele.She followed up on her apprenticeship by attending TONI&GUY academies throughout North America.Currently, she continues to sharpen her skills at the L’OREAL Academy.

Lilian Nguyen,

Co-Owner

Lilian has over 19 years’ experience in the ever-changing hair industry. Lilian is known for her creativity, skill, and ability to incorporate new techniques into her styling. She specially designs each haircut and hairstyle to compliment individual face shapes, hair textures and lifestyles, leaving her clients with a professional finish. Her experience, ability to make her clients feel at ease, and her penchant for keeping up with trends has earned herself a large and extremely loyal client base.

Lilian began her career at the internationally recognized company, TONI&GUY. She started her training in Toronto and then successfully completed her advanced and teacher training at the TONI&GUY Academy in Dallas, Texas. Through her extensive experience, she evolved into one of the top stylists and educators at TONI&GUY in Toronto. As a result of her mentorship, she has watched many stylists blossom into talented, senior stylists.

Emaly Cariati,

Co-Owner

Emaly has been in the industry for 20 years as a colour technician. Emaly takes great pride in maintaining the integrity and health of her clients’ hair.She is credited for her honesty about which colours are most suitable and complimentary for her clients.

However, there is nothing that makes me feel better than when I can see my clients feel amazing and confident about their hair.”

Emaly was educated at Marvel beauty academy in Yorkville and started her career at Vidal Sassoon as a colour apprentice. While working at Vidal Sassoon, she was able to develop her strength, discipline and passion for the hair industry.
From there, she started working at TONI&GUY in Toronto. At TONI&GUY, Emaly become an Educator for TONI&GUY. She truly loves teaching others in the industry.

Hiro Hayashi,

Co-Owner

Hiro is a dedicated hair stylist who is passionate about the work he does for each of his clients. He focuses on the precision of cutting hair that is so often forgotten by today’s hairstylists. Hiro’s great passion, experience, knowledge and expertise have led him to create his own unique technique which leaves each of his clients feeling satisfied.

In 1998, Hiro’s hairdressing career began in his home country of Japan. After completing his education at Vidal Sassoon Academy, Hiro chose TONI&GUY Toronto as his first step towards a global career in hairstyling. His dedication and hard work at the company lead him to become a Creative Director/Educator. In 2008, Hiro was awarded the TONI&GUY title of Top 10 Hairstylists in North America. He has appeared in print media such as ELLE Canada, Toronto Star and many well known Japanese Magazines. He also enjoys travelling back to Japan every year to helps educate others and to volunteer his time for charity using his hairstyling skills.
